We’re not just technology driven. We’re people driven.
At Adactin, innovation is reflected not only in the solutions we build for our clients, but also in the culture we create and the people we invest in. That belief was put to the test and celebrated at the HR Innovation Awards 2026, where Adactin was proud to be named a finalist in four categories, standing alongside some of Australia’s leading organisations and HR professionals in celebrating excellence in people and culture.
The HR Innovation Awards bring together HR leaders, thinkers, and practitioners from across the country to recognise the strategies, programs, and individuals shaping the future of workplace culture. Being shortlisted as a finalist in four separate categories reflects the depth and breadth of talent within the Adactin HR team, and the intentional, sustained investment we’ve made in our people and culture over the years.
Our HR Innovation Awards 2026 Finalist Nominations
Adactin submitted four nominations for this year’s awards, each highlighting a different facet of what makes our HR function stand out:
- Sapna Bhatia – Finalist, Innovator of the Year: HR Director (Large Business), recognising strategic HR leadership at scale and the vision driving Adactin’s people agenda forward.
- Sukanya Suryakumar – Finalist, Innovator of the Year: HR Thought Leader, recognising original thinking and forward-looking perspectives that are helping to shape conversations around the future of HR.
- Sadhana Mishra – Finalist, Best Training and Development Program, recognising the design and impact of learning initiatives that build capability and support career growth across the organisation.
- Rakhi Gusain – Finalist, HR Rising Star (Large Business), recognising emerging talent and the next generation of leaders shaping Adactin’s people practices.
Each of these nominations tells a story of thought leadership, learning and development done well, and of rising talent making its mark. Together, they represent the collective effort of an HR team that continues to push boundaries in how people are supported, developed, and empowered at Adactin.
Celebrating the Wider HR Community
As much as this recognition is a proud moment for our team, the HR Innovation Awards 2026 were, above all, a celebration of the broader HR community. We had the privilege of sharing the room with outstanding organisations and professionals, all committed to raising the bar for people and culture practices across Australia.
Congratulations to all the winners and finalists. It was an honour to be part of this year’s event and to celebrate excellence alongside so many talented peers.
We leave the HR Innovation Awards 2026 inspired, grateful, and ready for what’s next. This recognition arrives at an exciting time for Adactin, as we continue to grow our team, deepen our investment in people and culture, and build on the momentum of a year defined by innovation both in our technology and in our workplace.
Congratulations to Sapna, Sukanya, Sadhana, and Rakhi on this outstanding achievement. Your dedication, leadership, and commitment to creating a positive workplace continue to inspire our entire organisation.
